Rescue Roots has been dedicated to offering a diverse range of youth programs since 2024. Our nurturing environment fosters the development of essential skills in the youth, preparing them to become future leaders. Community Collaboration
We partner with local FastForward programs, Future Reimagined Initiative and Sierra Club Potomac River Group, fundraising $1,000+ for disaster relief efforts and donating proceeds to the World Wildlife Fund.
Leadership Development
We host workshops, provide coaching and mentorship, and provide programs for student leadership involvement. By giving youth opportunities to lead, they have opportunities to grow.
Government Placement Opportunities
We have secured placement opportunities for 150 high school students in government apprenticeship programs (e.g., Career and Technical Education), connecting them directly to the workforce. We obtain funding through the Perkins Innovation and Modernization and Career Connected High Schools (CCHS) grant program to develop career-connected high
school programs.
Global Chapters Initiative
We plan to expand our influence by establishing chapters in schools in the US and China.
